April: Changing the Workflow: Implementing a Documentation Wiki

On April 19, Adam Evans and Ryan Williams from Exact Target will give us a sneak peak of their STC 2012 Summit presentation, “Our Users [sort of] Help Write Our Documentation.”

From Adam and Ryan: “Creating a feedback loop with our users was half the battle. Once we had feedback pouring in, our jobs changed drastically. Come learn how we created one-to-one interaction with our readers, how we’ve integrated this feedback with other departments, and why you should want your readers to contact you.”

Join us on April 19 at the RAM Restaurant & Brewery in Wheeling for this great opportunity at a preview of this awesome Summit presentation. And, as always, it will be a chance for networking — seeing old friends and making new contacts. The cost is $15 for Members/Students and $20 for non-members and will include appetizers and soft drinks (cash bar is available).

Register now for this great meeting.
