DITA has been around for almost two decades as an open standard for authoring and publishing content. Over that time, the architecture and the tools supporting it have evolved and matured. The technical writing community and the customer experience have also significantly changed since 2001. You can find a lot of information about DITA on the web, but what is still relevant? What should you focus on in 2019? This presentation will show you the areas to focus on to get the most value out of DITA today, through examples, best practices, and humor.
