You’ve mastered the art of structuring publications; now how do you structure the delivery mechanisms that connect that publication to the people who need it? Shure Incorporated offers hundreds of products spanning a dozen product lines that overlap into three major categories. Helping users navigate this diverse collection of products is an ongoing challenge.
Darin will share strategies for developing an end-to-end information architecture that stores topical content in a product taxonomy and serves it to a website for public consumption. He will also share a few insights on how to present that content in ways that balance the goal of finding desired information with the need to maintain an exciting brand experience.
