Employing usability testing for your documentation offering is far more than asking people if they can get through a procedure successfully or if they feel the documentation is sufficient. This presentation discusses not only how to implement usability testing standards in-house and how to write different tests, but also how to use the results to enhance your documentation offering in a variety of ways.
You’ll learn how to gain buy-in for conducting usability tests and how to gather a pool of usability test candidates. The concepts we present will also help explain the value and the ins and outs of usability testing from gathering internal and external participants and fielding their feedback to writing tests focusing on key areas of the documentation.
