TechSmith’s – Representatives
Cait Ryan is an Innovation Strategist at TechSmith. The purpose of her role is to understand real-world problems in context in order to help TechSmith design meaningful solutions for our customers. Her previous experience is as an Instructional Designer and Technical Writer in industries including Software and Technology, Publishing, and International Trade. Cait has a bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Writing from Western Michigan University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Michigan State University. She is currently working toward a Master’s degree in Digital Rhetoric and Professional Writing from Michigan State University.
Erika Smith is an Instructional Designer at TechSmith with over 12 years of experience as an instructor, designer, and developer. She has worked in a variety of industries, including Staffing and Recruitment, Utility, Software, and Technology. She has designed, developed, and implemented instructor-led training, asynchronous and synchronous eLearning, and blended courses. Erika has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Michigan State University, and a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology with a specialization in online course development from Walden University.
