About Our Panelists:
Chantal Cyrier is a senior at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a major in English – Technical Communication and an Editing and Publishing certificate. Kim Lindsey is the award-winning Lead Learning Experience Designer at Cinécraft Productions in Cleveland, Ohio. A published author and engaging conference speaker, she has been writing effective content for businesses for over 25 years in a wide variety of formats: online help, user manuals, release notes, eLearning, video, ILT/vILT, job aids, and entire curricula. With the empathy to “see” through the learner’s eyes, added to a curiosity that makes research fun, Kim creates deliverables that meet each audience at their own level while successfully addressing business goals. She is known for embracing new strategies, contagious enthusiasm, and creative clarity.
As a career contractor, Jayme Perlman specialized in large-scale, high-visibility, V1 projects across the tech industry. She wants to share her unique depth of experience navigating and conquering this parallel universe with other intrepid explorers eager to dodge the pitfalls and reap the rewards of a “patchwork” career. Jayme is currently a Senior Technical Writer at GitHub defining and implementing information workflows in the never-ending pursuit of better customer support.
